Came for lunch today and wasn't too impressed by much of anything at this restaurant. The Cajun chicken Alfredo was pretty bland and the cheese fries were good. Our waitress was really nice and on the ball, came by periodically to check on us and refill our drinks whenever we needed.
My experience here today was pretty awesome. I honestly didn't know what to expect from seeing the reviews, but I was definitely satisfied. The restaurant looked clean and well lit with candy décor and stuff everywhere. I decided to bring my daughter here for her 11th birthday and our server China made it a lunch to remember. I used OpenTable to easily make a reservation, and we were seated as soon as we arrived. Everything we order was delicious and flavorful. No need for salt or pepper , not even for my steak and fries. The Brooklyn Pizza loaded fries is a must. All the milkshakes we ordered hit the spot and left us in food coma mode. They are not overly sweet, as you would think they'd be by the extravagant looks of them. I drank my whole horchata milkshake which I would definitely recommend. My daughter ordered the Cookie Monster and we paid an extra 5$ for a sparkling candle and they sang happy birthday. Which I think is worth it to see the smile on your kids face. Thank you Sugar Factory for making our day memorable.
We made last minute reservations (2hrs before arriving) for our 4 teenage daughters + parents. When we walked up they were telling people the wait was over an hour, so HIGHLY recommend booking a table (however, the restaurant was never ever full, so it might be more of a staffing shortage??). We came for the instagram friendly decorations and it did NOT disappoint. At the time it was all decked out for Valentines day and we were all very impressed (esp the teenage girls who were having a field day taking pictures!!). The menu is HUGE. Like a gazillion drink options. We had some mimosas and mix of alcohol free drinks. All yummie (and STRONG!!). Food was decent and prices fair. Service was great and fast. Highly recommend for the unique atmosphere, esp if you have kids or teenagers.
If I could give this location and staff 10 stars I would. 12 softball players and families, They were very accommodating and not only to our party of 40 but another group that had a birthday. We walk upstairs to a beautiful set up just for us. This spot is a must for everyone!! A great experience. The have a full menu of hamburgers, waffles, shrimp, wings,steak something for everyone. The have the coolest specialty drinks that our players loves but was very sweet@!@ The do announcement and shout outs. They dance when they bring out the king Kong. ;) We had a great time and definitely core memories for the girls. Everyone was satisfied with the food. Prices are vegas but I've seen higher.
Came here for a bday party, and the food was pretty good! I ordered the wing platter and the wings came out perfectly crispy. Also ordered one of those fancy bowl drinks with the dry ice, which was pretty flavorful with hints of peach and citrus. Service was a bit on the slower side, but it seemed as though they were short staffed. The interior is so cute and it is a great place for photos. A bit on the pricier side, but that is pretty much expected, being that it is on the strip. $440 for 8 people and that includes the Mandatory Service Fee of 20% automatically added to your bill...
